just don't know what to do with myself.

Crescendo
Becca Fitzpatrick
Simon & Schuster
YA fiction

Crescendo is the second novel in the HUSH, HUSH series. From here on out its pretty much spoilies for anyone who did NOT read HUSH, HUSH. For those of you you have had the pleasure of reading the book take a look at the next part of the story.

So here we are, Nora has been the first ever to kill a Nephilim. Nice way ya' did that there too, sacrificing yourself like that. At least she has her angel. GUARDIAN angel to be exact. But wait? If you saved the day, made it out alive, and got the guy, why is he over there with Marcie *(femaledog)* Millar?!?!

I hated Marcie the moment she was introduced to the novel. And not because she was SUPPOSED to be the archnemesis, but simply because she was truly a *(femaledog)*. There have been times where I literally felt myself growing angry over the little brat, and I pray every scene she appears in, that Nora or Vee will deck her right in the nose. I'm sorry, that's very violent.
But the truth is violent.

Also,I don't that either girl would disagree with me on the matter. Especially Vee.

"Hi, supersize," Marcie said to Vee.
"Hi, freakshow," Vee said back.
"My mom is looking for models this weekend. The pay is nine dollars an hour. I thought you 'd be interested."

"She's having a really hard time finding plus size lingerie models," said
Marcie.
" You've got something stuck in your teeth," Vee told Marcie. "In the crack between your two front teeth. Looks like chocolate Ex-Lax..."
Marcie licked her teeth and slid off the table.

So you can imagine how I felt when I seen that our Patch. NORA'S PATCH, was ditching her to hang out with that little skeez Marcie. And of course! Marcie throws it in Nora's face. Even more appalling, Patch does little to reassure Nora on the matter.

HENCE! our rebound, Scott Parnell. And old family friend, who has Nora thinkin;
"My Scott, haven't you grown up..."

So now its, Nora vs Marcie. Patch vs Scottie the Hottie and an array of well kept secrets finally displayed before Nora, further more changing her life for good.

Things i loved. Things i loathed.

- Patch has this way of getting under your skin, all the while you're begging for more. His suttle attitude irks the crap out of me. But that Angel and it's all forgotten.

-Nora's pride. She isn't afraid to say no to Patch, no matter how tempting he gets. She's stronger than that, as every girl should be.

-The dreams visits. And it's only a small taste from what the third book gives you.

-In case you missed it, I loathe Marcie Millar.

-Rixon. It's a love for the name, and the name alone.

BIG twists. Awesome stalker adventures, accompanied by an occasional heartache. Lovely book. As always it just keeps getting better as the story continues with SILENCE.
